All too often, we find ourselves (or know of someone) in situations where we're not happy. We might be ill, in pain, sad, angry or just irritated for whatever reason. What's one of the first things that we do? We complain. Most of the time we don't even realize we're doing it because it just flows right out like anything else said in conversations. One example would be something like, while visiting a friend they ask, how are you? You reply I'm good, but I just wish this headache would go away. Saying that you have a headache is actually complaining. If you find that you're complaining about a lot of things going wrong with you personally and in your life, it's because YOU'RE ALWAYS COMPLAINING! Well, not entirely, but it aids to your troubles more than you'd think. So, What's my quick fix for that? STOP COMPLAINING!
You see, when you complain about something, no matter what it is, you're putting your focus on that specific problem or situation. In other words, by putting your thoughts and focus on something, you're using your energy to put that specific thing out into the universe and create whatever it is that you're focusing on. Thus creating more things to complain about. Do you ever notice that some people are continuously stuck in a cycle of complaining? Everyday it seems that something is wrong or they're sick or just anything negative or problematic really. They're so used to complaining that it's just natural. "Just another day crappy day." Well, it doesn't have to be. You have the power to stop creating situations in your life in which you are unhappy and feel the need to complain about.
The way to stop that vicious cycle of complaining, is to instead, be grateful. Be grateful for every little thing that is a positive in your life. Be obsessively grateful for every beautiful experience you encounter. Look for more things to be grateful for. Look for the beauty in everything and thank God/The Universe/ Source whatever you believe in, For letting you experience any and all of it. That's how you get more of the good things you want in your life. Seriously! If you want to get rid of the crap cycle you're in where you're constantly complaining, turn it around and be constantly grateful! You'll invite more happiness into your life.
